Exchange Policy

At DS Fashion, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service. We offer exchanges under the following terms and conditions:

1. Damaged Product Received

• We accept exchanges only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
• A complete unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing the package being opened and the damage.
• Without the unboxing video, the exchange cannot be processed.

2. Wrong Product or Size Delivered

• If you receive the wrong product or size, we will arrange an exchange.
• Please notify us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide your order details and clear photos of the received product.

3. Exchange Process

• An Exchange Fee of ₹99 per product will be charged and must be paid before dispatch of the replacement.
• The customer must send the product back to our address. We do not offer pickup service.

Important Notes:

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• No exchange will be accepted without proper proof as stated above.
• We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
• By placing an order on our website, you agree to this exchange policy.
