Shipping policy

Welcome to Ds Fashion! We’re happy to deliver your favorite fashion products all over India. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process, pack, and deliver your orders.

We currently ship only within India. All orders placed on our website are delivered to any serviceable pin code in India.

If your pincode falls under a “no service zone,” you will receive a WhatsApp message from our team. In that case, you’ll need to provide a second valid address within a serviceable area. Your order will be dispatched only after we receive the updated address.

If your pincode is non-serviceable through our primary courier, we will try to ship it through another courier partner. If that’s also unavailable, you’ll need to share another address with a proper serviceable pincode.

We offer Free Shipping across India.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you must pay a ₹99/- advance confirmation fee before your order is processed. Once this payment is received, your order will be confirmed and shipped. If the advance payment is not completed, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Note  :  if your parcel(COD or Prepaid) is return to origin means RTO and you want it back to your address then you have to pay extra shipping charge for that. And The amount is non refundable (COD 99 Advcance and Prepaid).

Orders are processed and packed within 1 business day after confirmation.

• Orders placed before 11:00 PM are packed the next day.
• Pickups are scheduled between 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM on the following business day.

Example: If you place an order on Monday night, it will be packed on Tuesday and picked up on Wednesday (11 AM – 12 PM).

• Sunday is our only off day.
• On Saturday, pickup happens between 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

Example: If you order on Thursday night, your package will be picked up on Saturday evening.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Saturday will be picked up on Monday morning (11:00 AM – 12:00 PM).

Even if there’s a holiday, your order will still be accepted, and you’ll receive a confirmation message.

Our official courier partner is Delhivery. After pickup, you’ll receive a confirmation message on the same mobile number used while placing your order. Please make sure you enter a valid mobile number and email address so that you continue to receive all tracking and notification updates.

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 5–6 business days, depending on your location.

After dispatch, a tracking link will be shared with you via email. You can use that link to track your shipment in real time.
